JSKam.net is the official platform for purchasing original creative works authored by Jung, including books, manhwas, and animations. We value your support and strive to ensure a transparent and respectful experience for all customers.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Manhwas, Animations)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of downloadable or streamable products are final.
- No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
- If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us at support@jskam.net within 7 days of purchase. We will assist in resolving the issue.
2. Physical Products (Printed Books, Merchandise)
Returns for physical items are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo documentation.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Limited edition or pre-order exclusives
- Gift cards or promotional bundles
- Promotional items
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or report an issue:

- Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- We will respond within 1 business days with next steps
5. Dispute Resolution
JSKam E Production reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, governed by the laws of the State of California.
